Potential delay due to COVID-19

Standard shipping: 

USA, most of parcels can arrive in 10~30 days, but seldom some of them may been delay to 8~10 weeks to arrive.

UK, most of parcel can arrive 10~30 days, but seldom some of them may been delay to 6~8 weeks to arrive.

Other countries, normally can arrive 10~35 days, but seldom some of them may been delay to 8~10 weeks to arrive.

Express shipping:

Express shipping normally takes 5~10 days arrive.
Please remember to give us your tel# and physical address if you chose Express shipping.

Express shipping normally require a signature, please make sure you or somebody at there to sign the parcel during the expected receive date.

Normally our Express shipping will send by DHL, sometime may also send by other courier company when needed such as EMS /Fedex/UPS/Toll. If you need to send by a special courier company, or don't want to send by any courier company, please contact us for details before made the order.

The Express shipping normally require a signature, please make sure you or somebody at there to sign the parcel during the expected receive date.

If you choose express shipping, please make sure to give us your valid telephone #, we need it to write on waybill. 

Also please make sure to give us your correct physical shipping address, but not a address that start with PO box, because DHL or other private courier company can't delivery the goods to a PO box.

If you want to cancel order, please send us request before order been ship out.
Can't accept cancel order after order been sent out and tracking shows parcel still on the way to you.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return.

We will issue the refund within 24 hours after we received the return beads, or within 24 hours after we confirm a refund.
Defective Products
All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost and resend shipping cost. Please confirm with us for a advisable shipping method.
Non-defective Products
Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 5 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused. And the original shipping cost not refundable.
Items are returnable as long as they are in the same new, unused condition as they were when they left our office. Partially cut strands, used items, and partial packs of items are NOT RETURNABLE.

The beads quality vary from different items. 

Most of my beads are A grade beads. Some are 5A, some are AA, some are AB. Please refer to different items.

Normally the gemstone beads size is with the unit "mm", such as 6mm, 8mm 10mm. 

As the beads are made of natural stone rough, so the beads size is not a certain size such as 6.0mm or 8.0mm. Normally if we said it's 8mm, the beads size on a strand will be in size range of 7.9mm~ 8.5mm. Some maybe 8.0mm, some maybe 8.3mm or 8.4mm. Actually, 8.5mm beads are no big difference from 8.0mm when look by eye. But seldom some beads maybe bigger(8.5~8.8mm) or smaller (7.8~8.0mm)

We always try our best to show you the most correct color of my beads on the listing pictures. So for most of time, what you see will be what you receive.

But the beads color maybe slightly different when see from different device monitor. Photo distance and the angle will effect the beads looking too. Also as most of the beads are natural stone beads, each bouch of strands may slightly different, people says there will never be two same leaf, it's same for the beads. So please understand if the color of the beads you receive are slightly little different from the pictures. 

Different beads with different hole size, please refer to different items. Normally the bigger size beads with bigger hole size.

For most of the beads, the hole size will be as below:

2mm~4mm beads: 0.5~0.6mm hole.

5mm~6mm beads: 0.6~1.0mm hole.

8mm~10mm beads: 0.9~1.2mm hole.

12mm up beads: 1.0~1.5mm hole.

We sell the beads normally by full strand, with length about 15"~15.5". Some of the items may shorter to about 14", some of the beads strands may reach to 16". Please refer to different items.

For example 15.5" strand, beads quantity for each strand are as below according to different beads size:

4mm normally with about 90~98  beads on each strand.

6mm normally about 63 beads on each strand.

8mm normally about 48 beads on each strand.

10mm normally about 39 beads on each strand.

12mm normally about 32 beads on each strand.
